Mission and Vision

 

“To advance the cleaning industry, and to promote the professionalism of those engaged in the trade.”

To achieve this mission, I Need CleaningTM and its parent company, GMS & Associates, encourages networking and discussion among member of the professional cleaning industry…fosters the professional development of those engaged in the cleaning business…promotes communication among cleaning companies, cleaning suppliers and other components of the industry…and improve public understanding of the industry.

Code of Ethics

 

Members of the GMS Association responsible to the industry, customers, the public and the association, and strive to:

  • Adhere to and promote the highest level of integrity within the facilities management industry.
  • Maintain the highest standards of business conduct by using only legal and ethical means in all business activity.
  • Commit to the development and use of the highest standards and practices for  facilities management services and product manufacturing.
  • Treat employer(s), employees, associates, competitors, customers, the public, and all business or professional relationships with dignity, respect and fairness.
  • Respect the privacy, confidentiality, and anonymity of employer(s), employees, associates, competitors and customers.
  • Adhere to sincerity and honesty in advertising and in all representations to the public concerning  facilities management products and services.
  • Uphold this Code of Ethics.
