Increase your company’s image with an exclusive sponsorship at the 2008 Facilities Management Convention & Expo! Each of the sponsorship options described below is designed to maximize your company’s branding opportunities and skyrocket your return on investment. 

Corporate Sponsorship

FMCE08 Grand Prize                                          $5,000

This exclusive sponsorship allows you to present lucky attendee (s) with a $5,000 cash prize on behalf of your organization. Signage recognizing your donation will be displayed near the trade show floor for maximum visibility. You will also be on the survey that each person will turn in to receive the chance to win the grand prize.

Corporate Opening Reception                       $10,000

Be the company of honor at our official convention opening reception. Your company logo will be displayed on signage and printed on napkins for high visibility. Promotional items may be distributed at the sole expense of the sponsor.

Corporate Monday Sponsorship                   $10,000

Have your company receive recognition during the open ceremony, you will have your name on each ticket, name on the overhead during expo hours and will be on the entrance of the expo.

Corporate Tuesday Sponsorship                  $12,000

Have your company receive recognition during the network Breakfast, you will have your name on each ticket, will have your name on the overhead during expo hours and will be on the entrance of the expo.

Corporate Wednesday Sponsorship            $10,000

Have your company receive recognition during the network Breakfast, you will have your name on each ticket, will have your name on the overhead during expo hours and will be on the entrance of the expo.

Registration Sponsorship

Name Badges                                                       $5,500

Attendees will be required to display your logo as they wear their attendee badges when you sponsor this two-piece set. Your logo will be embroidered onto badge holding lanyards for durable advertising that will last beyond the event.

Hotel Keys                                                             $3,000

Have your company’s logo on every room key for every guest to notice.

Registration Bag Sponsorship

Registration Bags                                                $7,000

Proudly display your company logo on registration bags containing valuable information and materials for each convention attendee. This sponsorship also includes an insert in the bag to deliver further information about your company and contribution.

Notepad Sponsorship                                        $2,500

Have your company logo printed onto the complimentary notepads distributed within the convention registration bags.

Pen Sponsorship                                                 $1,500

Your company logo will be printed on pens included in registration bags.

Luggage Tags                                                       $4,000

Have your company logo and optional contact information displayed on luggage tags for attendees.  This sponsorship is sure to continue advertising for years to come.

Registration Bag Insert                                       $1,000

Let your message reach the masses by inserting one piece of approved company literature into each registration bag through this sponsorship. 

Internet Kiosks                                                      $5,000

Your sponsorship of the Internet Kiosks will allow attendees to stay connected to their offices and homes while at FMCE08.  Your company logo and a link to your website will be displayed on the home page of each computer browser.  Additionally, a banner recognizing your sponsorship will identify the Café to all in attendance.

Refreshment Breaks                                            $5,000

Enjoy the recognition of all attendees by sponsoring either the Friday, Saturday and or Sunday refreshment break.  Signage of your logo will be displayed at the refreshment tables

Aisle Signs                                                              $3,000

Your company will receive added exposure to expo attendees when you sponsor an aisle sign suspended above an aisle of your choice. (8 available)

Sponsorship Banner                                            $3,000

FMCE attendees will take notice when you sponsor a banner bearing your company logo near the entrance to the expo floor. (3 available)
